There are a few reasons why I would, without hesitation, recommend others to strongly consider working with you as their Mortgage Lender. First, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work. You're willing to work with our clients and look at all avenues to build the best possible case to help them to become a satisfied homeowner. I remember one of our clients that three other mortgage companies/banks said that she could not get a mortgage. We worked together to build a case and clear up her credit issues. To make a long story short, she became a very happy homeowner with a FHA mortgage because of your efforts.

Secondly, your company has several different loan products available to give our clients the greatest chance to become a homeowner. Case in point, we had one customer that a bank completely turned down and within seven weeks, working together, you had him qualified at a very attractive mortgage rate.

Thirdly, you work at creating best possible game plan for them to become a homeowner. Lastly, I'm thankful for how you stay in communication with me and our customers to give us the best possible game plan for them to become a homeowner.
